Oh Eternal Father who hast created all things, I am a mortal man/woman. I have sinned. And by the law, I have sinned all things and committed all wrongs against you for my sin. I repent from the creation of who I am and all that came before me. I am not worthy of you and to be heard and seen by you. I cry unto you with a broken heart and soul.
I am so sorry that I have done this wickedness. From all these things I do repent. Please forgive me. Please save my soul. Please save me from the Lake of Fire. I call upon the name of your son Yeshuah/Jesus/Christ and upon the blood of his sacrifice. I ask you to forgive me. I beg you Father to wash me clean. I beg you to write the word upon my heart and soul and let me be acceptable to you. Help my mouth, my hands, my ears, my body, my actions to have a stop and a warning before me that I may sin no more. Please help me. Please Father save me.
