Recognize a Good Leader

Recognize a Good Leader

During my long walk in the ways of the Lord and having visited, helped, raised up people to an endless number of churches, congregations, religious groups, etc.  I have worked all over the world for the Father in many different denominations, religions, churches, ministries...

I find that this is missing--> (Good Leaders) in the MODERN church and nobody notices it because they like to keep being like that and not grow up and be responsible for their soul;

Starting from the ministers to the workers and the flock who defend their leaders more than the Eternal Father and Creator.

I am sorry and have a lot of sorrow in my heart because in the present time that we live, knowing that we are in the last times;

There are no leaders capable of performing the work that was granted to them or allowed to be performed by them and the servants who are able and willing to work in the pleasant service of the Eternal Father are hindered by those conformist leaders, cold and complacent to the flock; since these are pseudo-leaders, and are better called "Non-leaders" which do not want to leave their erroneous comfort because they do not want to be confronted in their incapacity and ineptitude before the followers that are not theirs, nor have ever belonged to them because they are all sheep of a single PASTOR, and he/she is NOT them.

Read, Think and Reflect ...

"A man, who regularly attended meetings and shared his knowledge with his friends, without any notice, stopped participating in these constructive activities.  After a few weeks, on a very cold night the man visited the leader of that group.

 He found the leader at home, alone, sitting in front of a fireplace where a bright and cozy fire burned. Guessing the reason for the man's visit, the leader welcomed him.

There was a brief salutation and then there was a great silence. The two men watched only the dance of the flames around the logs of wood that crackled in the fireplace.  After a few minutes the man, without saying a word, examined the embers that were forming and selected one of them, the most incandescent of all, removing it to the side of the brazier with a pair of tongs.

Then he sat down again.The host paid attention to everything, fascinated but restless. After a while he noticed, the flame of the fire had diminished considerably and the solitary coals diminished but not to the same magnitude, and it took a long time until from the coals there was only a momentary shine and his fire was suddenly extinguished.

After a short time, what was left was a sample of light and heat to keep the fire burning more, was nothing more than a black, cold and dead piece of coal.

Very few words had been said since the greeting.  The leader, before the man prepared to leave, with the tongs in his hand returned the cold and useless coal to the fireplace, placing it again in the middle of the fire that was about to be completely extinguished.  Immediately, the embers ignited again, fed by the lack of light and the pale heat of the semi-fiery coals around him.When the visitor reached the door to leave, the host said:

Thank you for your visit and for your beautiful lesson. I will return to lead the group as it should be.  Goodnight...

Why are the groups extinct?

Very simple: because every important retreating member takes fire and heat away from the rest and the leaders do not bother to keep in touch, nor to increase the flame they have in their charge.

The useful members of a group are worth the time for reminding them that they are an important part of the flame and that their help is needed to move forward.

It is good to remind them that we are all responsible for keeping the flame of each one single ember burning and we must promote the union among all embers so that the fire is really strong, effective and lasting.

THE FAMILY IN CHRIST ALSO IS A GROUP OF EMBERS AND SHOULD HAVE A GOOD LEADER, KNOWING THAT THE LEADER IS RELIED UPON to GIVE CHARGES TO THOSE WHO ARE ACTUALLY USEFUL AND CAPABLE.

 It does not matter if it bothers us to have so many people that come to chat, what matters is to be connected, in silence some, others very active, the friends that are gathered here with us, is to know comfort, learn to exchange ideas, or just know that we are not alone , that there is a group of friends and family with whom we can count on.  Let us keep alive the flame. Although some report sporadically it is good to know that they keep their flame burning!

THANKS TO YOU FOR BEING PART OF MY BONFIRE AND FOR LETTING ME BE PART OF YOURS!
