Ancient Clean Bread

To have a clean body, we must eat healthy and well.  Here are two ancient forms of healthy, clean, flatbread.

1.  Cook a sweet potato in water or with steam.  Mash it.  Take one cup, and put it in a bowl while hot.  Add 1 cup of flour.  Mix while hot.  It will be a little sticky.  Make small patties with your hands, put in a hot pan with light oil.  cook until slightly brown on both sides.  Yummy.  (Salt as desired)

* You can substitute Squash for the sweet potato, as well as other forms of ground grains.

 

2.  Grind 1 cup of Quinoa with 1 cup of water, in the blender.  Add spices, garlic, vegetables, etc.  (Salt as desired) Pour thick mixture in a slightly oiled pan and cover with a top for moisture.  turn over when browned.
